All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- Delayed Orders: No Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than the guaranteed time 45 days (not including 2-5 day processing) for the USA and 60 days for rest of the world. The above item no longer applies to the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force majeure such as not epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow. You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery
- Damaged Orders: bibishopy.com will provide a full refund/replacement if:- Orders arrived damaged, you receive the wrong item or it has one or more defects.- Order arrived damaged, wrong item or defect but the customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent.- For electronic products, customer should open a claim in 7 days after received.
– For ordinary products, customer should open a claim in 3 days after received.
- Retraction: you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your expense). you must open a claim within 14 days of receipt and have an additional 14 days to return the product.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow).
